LOCATION:

San Miguel beach is located in the Pacific coast of Costa Rica, in the province of Guanacaste between the Bejuco and Coyote beaches. San Miguel is a small but calm beach with still waters and extraordinary sunsets.

This beach can be reached via an asphalt road. It takes about an hour and a half driving from Jicaral.

THE PROPERTY:

This land has an area of 1500 m² (0, 37 acres) with a 30-meter front (98 feet) facing an estuary located 46 meters (151 feet) away from the beach, granted as a concession by the local government of Nandayure. These concessions are established by law and are granted by the local governments generally for periods of 10 years, which can be renewed.
