  La Esperanza its located 25 kilometers from the Nicoya downtown: 12 kilometers of asphalt road and 13 kilometers of ballast road.

Since the property is located very high it has fresh climate and beautiful views.   There are a couple of streams so it has enough water throughout the year.

THE PROPERTY:

This is a farm with 80 hectares (198 acres) with permanent wave topography.   There are 6 hectares (15 acres) with coffee trees, 2 hectares (5 acres) sowed with Melina which is a type of wood similar to theca (another kind of word), 65 hectares (160 acres) are under the environmental preservation regulation and what's left has different kinds of wood sown such as: cedar, cocobolo, oak, guanacaste, and laurel among others.

There are 3 streams through the farm and 2 water nascents with beautiful waterfalls and swimming areas that are good for recreation and sports such as rappel and Canopy.

There is a way to get to Ostional beach through this farm which is famous for the arrival of thousands of baula turtles to lay there eggs.
