LOCATION: Blanco River, Guápiles

DESCRIPTION OF THE CITY:
Blanco River located on highway Braulio Carrillo between San José and Guápiles. It is located at the hillside of the Central Volcanic Mountain range close by the Braulio Carrillo National Park.

ADDRRESS::
On the Braulio Carrillo Highway going toward Guápiles there is a turned aside in the Blanco River Bridge. The property is located six kilometers (around 3.7 miles) from the highway (on ballast way).

59.8 hectares.

AREA DISTRIBUTION:
10% pasture and 90% Primary Virgin Forest.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
Some wood found in this forest are: Pylon, mahogany, Pig, Maria Cedar (very few found in the country) and the Black Manu. The forest counts on great fauna where we can see frequently animals such as: kinds of parrots, mosses, monkeys, frogs, birds and insects. 

The property is crossed by three river streams and two larger rivers which are Las Flores River and Costa Rica River. There is electricity service one kilometer (around half a mile) before the property is located.

Topography: Broken (hills) and little pasture.
